Rebuilt to PelletsTeknik's own design for hot air ignition (2008).
The ignition was tested for 2 years before customers' burners were rebuilt for the new ignition.
A large number of burners have been rebuilt with very good results and satisfied customers since 2010.
The new element is mounted in the fan housing instead and blows in the hot air over the bottom of the grate.
The burner ignites the starting dose in about 1-2 minutes, which needs to be slightly larger than if the standard element is used.
The value of the fan speed when ignited ends up at 7-10 instead of 22-25 (standard elements).
This also makes the burner more reliable and longer the life of the element.
